On-line Support - conditions of use - Remote access.

This is a complimentary service to all our clients with a maintenance service agreement and/or hour-pack. Clients with hour-pack agreements, will be deducted time in fractions of 15 minutes. (*)

This service is not available for purchase at the same time of reporting an incidence. However, we will be pleased to arrange for a technician to call by your offices as soon as possible. This call out service carries a charge. Alternatively, you may wish to purchase an hour-pack credit (time in sets of hours) and as soon as we receive payment, we will proceed with remote access (with the relevant delay of intervention).

If you have the facility to surf the net, we can, (with your consent and previous knowledge and authorisation) remote access your system and find a solution to your problem in this way. In the same way one of our technicians would do at your premises. Remote access can also help you solve queries or show you how to execute a particular configuration and/or installation. Since the software allows both end users to action remote access, you will be able to visualise and have full control of the system at the same time the technitian is working on it. During the connection, the material is encripted and also permits the configuration of access to selected windows.
 

We can arrange access and remote control to your system with your previous authority and the installation of special software (or ActiveX acceptance)..

* Time is quantified in fractions of 15 minutes.

Requirements:
- ADSL or Cable (minimum 256K) connection.

- PC with Windows (any version) or Mac (98SE, Me, NT, 2000, XP Home, XP Professional,...).

- The client must be able to access Windows workdesk and surf the internet.

Este servicio no es gratuito.  Mediante la instalación de un software especial (o aceptación de un ActiveX) y con su permiso, podemos acceder y controlar en remoto su equipo.  Para más detalles póngase en contacto con nosotros, estaremos encantados de atenderle.
